We believe that YHVH is One God, the only God, who has always existed, exists today, and will exist forever. (Gen. 1:1-24, Deut. 6:4, Isaiah 45:22, Mark 12:29, Rev. 21:1-7)
We believe that Yeshua of Nazareth is the Messiah spoken of by the prophets, John 1:34, that all things were created and are sustained by Him, John 1:1-3, Colossians 1:15-16, and that His sacrificial death and resurrection reconciled humanity to God. (Is. 53, John 3:16, Rom. 3:21-25, 2Cor. 5:17-21, 1John 5:1-5) We await His return when He will establish His Kingdom on earth. (Mark 13:24-27, Heb. 9:28, Rev. 20:4-6)
We believe that all Scripture is inspired by God and is the final authority for all matters of life and faith.
Therefore, we reject claims that “the Old Testament has been done away with”. (Isaiah 40:8, Malachi 3:6, Matthew 5:18, 2Tim. 3:16, 2Peter 1:20-21, 1Thess. 2:13)
We believe that people are “saved” only by the grace of God. That grace is attained by faith. Faith is defined as “confidence without evidence”. (Eph. 2:8-10, Romans 5,6, Hebrews 11)
We believe that all believers are grafted in to the commonwealth of Israel, and therefore have a share in the promises given to her. (Ex. 12:37-38, Deut. 29:10-15, Ezek. 47:21-23, Isa 56:1-8, Matt. 28:8-20, Acts 15:11, Romans 9-11, Eph. 1-3, Galatians 3:29)
We believe that no one is made righteous by keeping the Torah (Law). Obedience does not lead to salvation; rather, obedience from the heart often leads to blessing. (Deut. 28:1-14, John 14:15, Romans 3:19-25, Eph. 2:8, 1John 5:1-5)
We keep the 7th day Sabbath, recognizing the supremacy of God's authority over human declarations to the contrary. (Gen. 2:3, Ex. 31:12-18, Lev. 23:3, Deut. 5:12-14)
We keep the 7 Biblical Festivals of the LORD, recognizing that they are an eternal testimony to Yeshua's first and second advents. Those festivals are Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruits, Shavuot (weeks, or “Pentecost”), Yom Teruah (Rosh Hashana), Yom Kippur, and Sukkot (Tabernacles, or Booths). (Lev. 23, Deut. 16, Zechariah 14:9,16-17, Luke 22:15)
